Your safari starts from Entebbe International Airport where you will meet the driver/guide for briefing and depart for Bwindi National Park. Bwindi is a big habitat to mountain gorillas in Uganda harboring over 300 of them which is almost half of the world`s gorilla population.
You will arrive late and check in to your accommodation and relax as you prepare for the Bwindi gorilla trekking experience the following day.
Dinner and overnight at your camp.
After breakfast, you will proceed to the rangers’ post where you will be briefed on the dos and don’ts during the trekking. You will then enter the Bwindi forest for your adventure. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense. It is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. After your tracking. You will later return to your accommodation, check out, and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush green terraced hills and has 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water which makes it most magical.
Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
You will have a relaxed breakfast with a spectacular view of Bunyonyi`s little islands right in front of you. Thereafter, you will hit the road for the return to Entebbe for your flight.
