7 Days Tanzania Safari. This 7-day trip from Arusha takes you through Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro before offering you 3 days to explore the endless plains of the world’s famous national park.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro National Park, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your accommodation.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park, one of the Rift Valleys’ numerous alkaline lakes. It’s known for abundant bird life, a large elephant and buffalo population, tree-climbing lions, and flamingoes. You will arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will embark on your first game drive in search of wildlife.
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater the largest intact caldera in the world. The crater has an overwhelming beauty and the abundance of wildlife is permanently resident on the crater floor. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy your lunch, and the rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro crater, the world’s largest intact caldera. It is home to a vast concentration of animals and is the best place to see the black rhino. You will enjoy a half day of game viewing in the crater and return to your accommodation for lunch, siesta dinner, and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park, the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world known for its natural beauty and the greatest concentration of plains game. You may also opt to visit the Olduvai Gorge, an archeological site. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.
Today you spend your day exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti. You will have a chance to spot different wildlife including the big five and also a variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.
After breakfast, check out and be transferred to the local airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport after your lunch.
